DESCRIPTION:Yong Maeng Jong Jin: to leap like a tiger while you are sitting \nLed by Knud Rosenmayr JDPSN \nThe retreats are silent\, in our Mountain Zen Center located in the middle of nature\, in the incredible Alta Garrotxa Natural Park\, in the Pyrenees: the ideal place for a retreat. The participants follow an intensive program of sitting and walking mediation\, chanting\, bowing and formal meals\, trying to keep alive the practice of attention at all times. \nIn this retreat there will be kong-an practice\, Dharma talk and personal interviews with the teacher. \nAbout the teacher \nKnud Rosenmayr JDPSN started practicing in 1995 after meeting Zen Master Seung Sahn in Korea. After finishing his studies at the university in Vienna he started to work at a language school and got married in Nepal in 2008. \nSince 1999 he is the group director of the Viennese Kwan Um Zen group and became the abbot of the Vienna Zen Center in 2013.
