DESCRIPTION:Hybrid: face-to-face and online \nDecember 4 to 11 (arrival December 3). \nIntensive Week\, led by Arne Schaefer JDPSN (8 days with midnight practice). \nIn this traditional retreat there is an extra practice period at midnight (between midnight and 2 o’clock there is a special energy and the effect of the practice is very powerful). At the end of the retreat we’ll held the Buddha’s Enlightenment Day Ceremony. \nThe retreat is silent\, in our Mountain Zen Center located in the middle of nature\, in the Alta Garrotxa Natural Park. The participants follow an intensive program of sitting and walking mediation\, chanting\, bowing and formal meals\, trying to keep alive the practice of attention at all times.
