It is a really special time for us to come together with everything that is going on in the world. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Teachers of the Kwan Um School of Zen Europe invite all practitioners\, not only in the European Sangha but also from around the world\, to join a special online Zoom Zen Practice. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe start  at 8:00 CET time: \n8:00 Start \n8:05 108 Bows \n8:30 Dedicated chanting Kwan Seum Bosal \n8:55 2 x 30 minutes Zen meditation (with 5 minutes break in between) \n10:00 Dharma talk \n10:20 Open space for questions and answers. \n11:00 Four Great Vows and End.   \n\n\n\n
