SUMMARY:Kido (Kwan Seum Bosal)
DESCRIPTION:Kido (chanting retreat) in Borisa\, in the Pyrenees mountains\nOctober 8th to 12th \nA Kido (“energy path”) is an intensive meditation retreat using Zen-style chanting as a means to clear the mind and attain your true self. Chanting is a powerful tool for rapidly focusing your energy to directly experience the full potential of our original nature. Participants chant “Kwan Seum Bosal”\, the Korean name for the bodhisattva of compassion\, while sitting\, standing and walking\, keeping the rhythm with percussion instruments. \nThe schedule is the same as that of a YMJJ\, with more prominence of the chanting\, silence is not kept and the meals are informal\, buffet style. \nMore info and registration: \nhttps://boricentro.kwanumzen.es/event/kido-kwan-seum-bosal/?lang=en
