SUMMARY:Intensive Week with Gu Ja SSN
DESCRIPTION:A one week retreat with midnight practice led by Zen Master Gu Ja is to be held at Bori Sa\, Catalonia. The arrival to the retreat is on Saturday 2nd December in the evening\, and ends Saturday 9th December at 11.00\, with Buddha’s Enlightenment Ceremony and informal lunch. \nThe retreat is silent\, in our mountain Zen Center located in the middle of nature\, in the incredible Natural Park of the Alta Garrotxa in the Pyrenees\, the ideal place for a retreat. Participants follow an intensive schedule of sitting and walking meditation\, chanting\, prostrations and formal meals\, in which one tries to keep alive the practice of attention at all times. There will be kong-an interviews and Dharma talks. We all practice together\, benefiting from the spectacular surroundings\, extraordinary energy of the mountains\, fresh air and spring water. All our meals are vegetarian\, based on fresh\, local\, seasonal\, organic produce (often from our own garden). For further inquiries please contact the organiser.
