DESCRIPTION:I cordially invite you to a together practice led by Zen Master Joeng Hye (Andrzej Piotrowski)\nFormat of the retreat YMJJ \nYMJJ (“tiger ready to leap”) is an intensive meditation retreat that usually lasts 2–7 days and includes several hours of formal practice each day – bows\, chanting\, sitting and walking meditation in continuous silence. The program also includes kong-an interviews with the Zen Master. Sitting is the foundation. As the body finds a steady position and the breath settles\, the mind gradually clears. Stillness is not inactivity – it is full presence. Practicing together carries its own strength.
