DESCRIPTION:This Zen Day with Lizzie Coombs JDPSN and Knud Rosenmayr JDPSN is meant as an intense period of practicing Zen. We start with the 108 prostrations at 7 a.m.\, followed by periods of sitting and walking meditation\, chanting\, and consulting interviews. The second entry is at 10 a.m. \nThe one-day retreat will offer a final dharma talk with Zen teacher Jose Ramirez JDPSN  and Father Kevin Hunt (a long time friend of the Kwan Um School of Zen and Trappist monk).
