FAQ

What is a Zen Retreat?

Zen Meditation Retreats are a traditional Korean Zen meditation retreat held in temples and monasteries. It is a transformative experience of group immersion in silence while exploring the central question of who we are — with the potential for life-changing realization.

Why join the meditation retreat?

In extended meditation practice, practitioners discover that habitual patterns need not control their daily existence. Through practice we can cultivate a simpler, more joyful way of living grounded in wisdom. This wisdom is a gateway to liberation and a meaningful contribution to the wider world.
