This Zen Day with Lizzie Coombs JDPSN and Knud Rosenmayr JDPSN is meant as an intense period of practicing Zen. We start with the 108 prostrations at 7 a.m., followed by periods of sitting and walking meditation, chanting, and consulting interviews. The second entry is at 10 a.m.
The one-day retreat will offer a final dharma talk with Zen teacher Jose Ramirez JDPSN and Father Kevin Hunt (a long time friend of the Kwan Um School of Zen and Trappist monk). This Zen Day is organized by the Zen Center Vienna.
