To send our newsletter, we use the list provider MailChimp. MailChimp is a service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404 Atlanta, GA 30318. When you register for our newsletter, the data (name, email address) that you specify in the newsletter registration is transferred to MailChimp and stored there. The service provider MailChimp has its headquarters in the United States. Therefore your data will be processed on servers / datacenters in the United States. After the registration, you will get an email from MailChimp to confirm your registration (“double opt-in”). MailChimp offers many analysis possibilities on how the newsletter is opened and used. These analyses are group-centered and are not used by us for individual evaluation of newsletter recipients. 2. Do not record any meeting without permission from the participants and the organizers.
3. Do not photograph any person neither on social platforms such as zoom nor in real life without asking them for permission.
