Yong Maeng Jong Jin: to leap like a tiger while sitting.
Intensive week, led by Arne Schaefer JDPSN (7 days with midnight practice).
In this traditional retreat there is an extra practice period at midnight (between midnight and 2 o’clock there is a special energy and the effect of the practice is very powerful). At the end of the retreat we’ll held the Buddha’s Enlightenment Day Ceremony.
The retreats are silent, in our mountain Zen Center located in the middle of nature, in the incredible Natural Park of the Alta Garrotxa in the Pyrenees, the ideal place for a retreat. Participants follow an intensive schedule of sitting and walking meditation, chanting, prostrations and formal meals, in which one tries to keep alive the practice of attention at all times. With kong-an interviews and Dharma talk.
