This Zen Day with ZM Hyong Ja and Knud Rosenmayr JDPSN is meant as an intense period of practicing Zen. We start with the 108 prostrations at 7 a.m., followed by periods of sitting and walking meditation, chanting, and Kong-an interviews. The second entry is at 10 a.m. The one-day retreat will offer a final dharma talk and a Q&A for all participants.
