This activity requires previous registration, at least two days before the event. Zen days are one-day retreats – an abbreviated version of Yong Maeng Jong Jin. The schedule consists of sitting and walking meditation followed by an informal meal. Beginners are welcome. Apply here: info@kwanumzen.at
