Zen Around the Table (Where Medicinal Mushrooms Meet the Table). Avital Sebbag, a vegan chef and certified practitioner of Chinese Medicine, will inspire us to cook a stunning variety of nutritious and delicious vegan recipes based in mushrooms. This 3 parts workshop is open to anyone that wants to learn more about vegan cuisine, as well as “kitchen masters” currently helping on retreats or Zen Center’s kitchens, to learn the skills required to organize a kitchen, create menus, develop tasty, healthy vegan recipes to nourish and support people on their practice and run a kitchen within a retreat setting.
